This NC General Update CE course contains topics such as Agency, NCREC Frequently Asked Questions, Fair Housing, Licensing & Education, and Law & Rules Update. It fulfills the NCREC active licensing requirement that a Full or Provisional Broker annually complete this mandated 4 hour course authored by the NC Real Estate Commission. Note, if you are a BIC or BIC Eligible you will not receive credit for this course. Brokers-In-Charge must take the NC BIC Update CE course along with a 4-hour elective.
