NEW RIVER BROKERAGE REFERRALS

Please follow the link below to submit your client for referral to New River Brokerage. If your referral proves successful and the referred party closes a transaction with us, your firm will be paid 25% of the listing, selling, etc. fee secured by our company.

Note that any earned referral fee may only be paid to a firm/agent that possesses a current and active license ON THE DATE OF INITIAL REFERRAL. Such status shall be determined by New River Brokerage on the date of initial referral as dictated by the respective state of licensure of referring firm/agent. NC license law prohibits the payment of any referral fee to a party not in possession of a current and active license.

Some transactions shall be individually established for referral consideration, e.g. a percentage of what a selling agent might receive for valid referral of the party purchasing a home constructed by New River Brokerage, property management contracts, etc. Please drop us a line with additional questions regarding your referral.

Any valid referral fees shall apply to the first transaction generated by the respective referred party only. Any subsequent transactions between New River Brokerage and any referred party shall not be subject to the payment of any additional referral fees.
