It fulfills the NCREC active licensing requirement that a Full Broker or Provisional Broker licensee annually complete this mandated 4 hour course authored by the NC Real Estate Commission. Note, if you are a BIC or BIC Eligible you will not receive credit for this course. NC Brokers in Charge must take the NC Broker In Charge Update CE course AND a 4-hour elective to satisfy the NCREC’s full 8-hour continuing education requirement.
