This course was created to sharpen the skills and knowledge of commercial brokers and deliver insight to residential brokers as well regarding many aspects of commercial real estate brokerage and how to get started. Taking this NCREC-approved course provides 4 hours of elective credit for any broker.
My longtime friend and collaborator, Brian Pate and I met in late 2022 and decided that it was past time to provide learners a more complete and accurate representation of what it means to not only achieve listing successes, but to do so while closely adhering to the tenets of NC License Law & Commission Rule.
